Scoby (Kombucha, symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast, green tea, sugar, vinegar, watercolor)
20.32cm (w) x 30.48cm (h)
Each scoby was grown for different periods of time, ranging from one week to six weeks. The thickness of the bacteria depended on the length of time it was left to grow. Each piece was washed then painted on. Afterwards they were left to dry, where the scoby took on the texture of it's drying base.
